Benjamin L. Trosky, CFA, has over 30 years of experience in investment management.  Prior to joining Seaport, Mr. Trosky served as Chief Investment Officer of Anfield Capital (“Anfield”), a position he held since 2012 when Anfield assumed the role of investment advisor for Tripolay Investment Partners LP.  Mr. Trosky founded Tripolay after retiring as a Managing Director from Pacific Investment Management Company (PIMCO), where he served in a number of executive roles since joining the firm in 1990.  He was the Founder and Portfolio Manager of PIMCO’s High Yield Fund (PHDAX), which was ranked number 1 in the Lipper Mutual Fund Survey and in the top 10% of the Morningstar High Yield Universe.  He was a senior member of PIMCO’s Investment Committee, Head of PIMCO Credit Research, Chief Credit Specialist for PIMCO Total Return portfolios; and he was Portfolio Manager for PIMCO Commercial Mortgage Closed-End Fund and several Separately Managed Total Return accounts.  Other roles he held at PIMCO were Director of PIMCO Advisors Holdings L.P. and Portfolio Manager of PCM Fund Inc.  Mr. Trosky joined PIMCO from Merrill Lynch Asset Management, where he was a High-Yield Portfolio Manager.   Mr. Trosky holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Drexel University and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Steven M. Wasserman, J.D., has over 20 years of experience as an advisor to corporations in mergers and acquisitions and financings, as a portfolio manager in investment management, and as a private equity principal in operating businesses. He was formerly a Senior Managing Director at Beige Group. Previously, he worked as Senior Managing Director, Investment Committee member, and Co-Founder of the Global Capital Markets Group at Rodman & Co. Mr. Wasserman also served as the Co-Chairman and President at Alpha Security Group Corp. since August 2005. He was the Principal Financial Officer, Secretary, and Chief Executive Officer at the firm since April 2005. He was the Managing Partner of AMT Ventures LLC since April 2002 and AMT Capital Partners LLC since June 1998. From June 1997 to July 2002, Mr. Wasserman was the Managing Partner at Cardinal Fund. He has acted as a Financial Advisor to Beatrice, Inc., Comdisco, Inc., (and organizer) of Star Maritime Acquisition Corp., (now the he largest, diversified, ultra‐modern U.S. listed dry bulk company), Energy Infrastructure Acquisition Corp., and Seanergy Maritime Corp. Mr. Wasserman has also previously acted as a Financial Advisor in a series of leveraged buy-outs including the Fulcrum Group in their $1.6 billion bid to purchase the semiconductor division of Motorola and to Kescent Acquisition Corp. in its $2 billion bid to purchase Veba Electronics. He was formerly Merrill Lynch/Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year; featured on CNN's Pinnacle; and the Wall Street Journal. He is also a member of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO). Mr. Wasserman’s son is studying at Princeton University and is a member of Princeton’s tennis team. Mr. Wasserman is an investor in the Distributed Finance Corportation A "Fintech" technology company. He also serves on the board of the venture capital accelerator Widerpool (London/New York) and Global Actionable Innovation.

Charles Wyman has over 25 years of experience in research and investment management. Prior to joining Seaport, Mr. Wyman was a Partner, Chief Risk Officer, and Head of Research at City on a Hill Capital, a startup long/short corporate fund investing in debt and equities, where he designed and implemented the risk management system and research process. Prior experience also included Partner, Portfolio Manager, and Chief Risk Officer at ARX Investment Management, L.P. from 2006-2008. At Arx, Mr. Wyman designed and implemented a proprietary risk management system and also served as the sector portfolio manager responsible for investment decisions in the automotive, transportation, and tobacco sectors. Mr. Wyman joined ARX from Pacific Investment Management Company (PIMCO), where he was an Executive Vice President and the Head of Global Credit Research from 2001-2006. As part of his responsibilities, Mr. Wyman served as Chairman of PIMCO’s Counterparty Risk Committee. Previously, Mr. Wyman worked as a Senior Credit Research Analyst in Morgan Stanley’s Global High Yield department, where he placed second as the high yield analyst for the energy sector in Institutional Investor Magazine’s Annual All-American Fixed Income Research Team rankings in 1999 and 2000. Prior to Morgan Stanley, Mr. Wyman spent 10 years at Lehman Brothers in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and equity capital markets, and as an equity analyst for oil exploration and production companies. He holds a bachelor's degree Magna Cum Laude from Harvard University and an MBA with distinction from Harvard Business School. He holds Series 7, 24, 86, and 87 Registrations.

Debbie S. Zoldan, has over 30 years of experience in investment management and servicing. She has been a Partner at Seaport since April, 2014. She has been a Partner and Chief Compliance Officer of Seaport Securities Corporation, since 1986. Debbie holds Series 4, 7, 8, 14, 24, 55, and 63 Registrations. Debbie is separately licensed as a registered representative with Seaport Securities Corp., a registered securities broker/dealer, member of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), and the Securities Investors Protection Corporation (SIPC). Debbie holds a BBA from Baruch College.
